The Compass Definitions project was successfully completed though with a shift in the goal. The product is a definition of the Ideal State of Cryptiquest complete with concrete and measurable statements.

The 2019 Road Map project was successfully completed without issue. The product is an updated company strategy that outlines how, through brands, Cryptiquest will fulfill its newly adopted vision.

CQ Vision, Mission, and Value Statements
5 Sessions; Feb – Mar 2019
The CQ Vision, Mission, and Value Statements project was successfully completed without issue. The product is a new Vision Statement, Mission Statement, and nine Value Statements for Cryptiquest which will be used to guide content, projects, and policies moving forward.

Online Notes, Phase I
17 Sessions; Dec 2018 – Feb 2019
Phase I of the Online Notes project is successfully completed – though not without valuable learning lessons. The product of this project is projects.cryptiquest.com which allows the company to present production notes to the public (a vital part of Cryptiquest’s solution for finding, building, and maintaining an audience).
